Cause: built in 1935 by cammell laird & co ltd, birkenhead. owned at time of loss by trinity house corporation. eight cylinder oil engine of 250bhp, single shaft. passage from the knoll buoy for harwich. mined. sank on port beam and later broke in two. (sibi).
