Rijkswaterstaat continuously collects a vast amount of data on the Dutch water system. Through a large network of monitoring stations, water levels, currents, wave heights and water temperatures, amongst other things, are measured continuously. This information is not only of great importance for water management, research and safety. It is, of course, also essential for water sports. This means you always have access to up-to-date information to help you plan your trip better and make safe choices on the water.
You can, of course, also find this data on the homepage of Watermaplive.net; on this page, you can filter the measurements and search for stations for even greater clarity.
