APPEARS TO BE COMPLETELY BURIED IN AN ELONGATED RIDGE WITH HT OF 1MTR. ORIGINALLY LOCATED BY MAGENTIC ANOMALY. (NP 1016, HI 197). BR STD. 20.11.07 20.11.07 EXAM'D BY DIVER IN ZERO VISIBILTY CONDITIONS. DIVER HAD THE FEELING THAT THE AREA WAS A GENTLE BUMP, THE BOTTOM WAS HARD AND SMOOTH. CONSIDERED TO BE A SLIGHTLY RAISED 'PLATIMORE' - THE LOCAL TERM FOR LONDON CLAY FOUND ON THE FORESHORE ON THIS PART OF THE ESSEX COAST. (G RAYNER, EMAIL DTD 19.11.07). NCA.
