Shipwreck details

Name: UC 77 (POSSIBLY)

Length 49.5 meter, width: 5.2 meter, draught: 3.4, tonnage 493 ton

Cause: built by weser ag, bremen. oil engines of 250 bhp, twin shaft. 2 x bow & 1 x stern torpedo tubes. 1 x 8.8cm gun. on diving to get through the dover barrage left a trail of air bubbles and leaking oil. was depth charged by dover patrol drifters hm ships kessingland and golden gain.
