CHART AS FOUL. (PLA WK REPORT, REC'D 7.7.04). INS AS FOUL. BR STD. 6.3.07 6.3.07 EXAM'D 8.6.05 IN 5129.8864N, 0108.1553E [WGD]. LEAST M/B DEPTH 3.56 IN GEN DEPTH 7MTRS. SCOUR 0.8MTR DEEP.
