NOT OF WOOD BUT HARD, AS DIVERS UNABLE TO BREAK OFF PIECES BY HAND. PROBABLY STEEL. SECTIONS BETWEEN 15 AND 40FT LONG REPORTED TO BE 1 - 1.5FT PROUD OF THE BOTTOM. FULL EXTENT OF THE WRECKAGE NOT ESTABLISHED AS VISIBILITY WAS ABOUT 1FT. (G RAYNER, LTR DTD 10.5.00). INS AS FOUL. BR STD.
