LOCAL FISHERMEN STATE THAT WRECKAGE DOES SHOW AT DEAD LOW WATER. CHART AS FOUL. (NP 1016, HI 197). BR STD. 16.4.12 NOW REPORTED AS BEING VISIBLE WITH ONE ENGINE AND OTHER FRAGMENTS IN SITU. (G RAYNER, TELECON). NCA. SEP 2013/000054709 13.3.13 LIES IN 5141.697N, 0105.007E [WGD]. THE REMAINS OF AN AIRCRAFT ENGINE (BELIEVED TO BE WW2 JU88) WITH ASSOCIATED WING WRECKAGE AND UNDERCARRIAGE WHEELS WHICH ARE LARGELY INTACT. EACH OF THE LARGER ITEMS SITS IN A SLIGHT DEPRESSION BUT THE ENGINE IS 0.9MTR PROUD OF THE SEABED LEVEL. ONE ITEM OF WING STRUCTURE IS 100MTRS NE OF THE QUOTED POSN.
