NOT SEEN AT LW WITH TIDAL HT OF 1.2MTRS. ASSUMED POST BROKEN OFF OR LYING ON THE SEABED. PREVIOUSLY NOTED AS BEING OF CAST IRON CONSTRUCTION, APPROX 9 INCHES IN DIAMETER. INS AS FOUL. (PLA WK REPORT 35/00 DTD 12.10.00).
