LENGTH 20MTRS, WIDTH 5MTRS. LIES 065/245 DEGS. SMALL WK, PROBABLY DECAYED. (GARDLINE, HI 616). INS AS WK 25.5MTRS. BR STD. HH100/351/13 18.3.98 THIS IS A SMALL PILE OF IRON BARS, PROBABLY THE BALLAST OF A WOODEN SHIP WHICH HAS COMPLETELY ERODED AWAY. GIVES ONLY A SMALL MAGNETIC ANOMALY AND STANDS ONLY 1.5MTRS HIGH AT ITS HIGHEST POINT. NO SIGN OF WRECKAGE IN THE VICINITY. (B HICKINBOTTOM, LTR DTD 23.2.98).
