Cause: a ketch built of wood in 1899 by f j carver & son. owned at time of loss by goerge watson & gill. passage george town for gravesend. cargo china clay. stranded.

- NM 1368/19. H6997/19 11.9.19 WRECK DISPERSED TO 41FT. (TH). H5491/25 18.8.25 AMEND TO WK 30FT.

- NM 1284/25. H5491/25 14.9.25 AMEND TO WK 39FT. (TH 3779/25). H4090/30 7.7.30 SWEPT BY KELLETT MAY 1930 AND AS CHARTED. H4915/29 AMEND POSN TO 513057N, 010157E & DEPTH TO 34 FT. (HMS KELLET, HN 5/29).

- NM 1279/29 H5491/25 18.9.25 DISPERSED AS NEARLY AS POSSIBLE LEVEL WITH THE GROUND. DEPTH OVER WRECK 38FT. DEPTH IN THE VICINITY VARIES FROM 38FT TO 42FT. (TH 14.9.25). H4915/29 27.7.29 LEAST DEPTH 34FT IN 513452N, 010405E. POSN BY HSA. (HMS KELLETT 25.7.29). AMEND TO FOUL IN REVISED POSN. BR STD. H6140/68 27.6.68 NOT FOUND AFTER CLOSE SOUNDING IN AREA OF 2CABLES RADIUS AROUND THE CHARTED POSITION WITH SOUNDING LINES 60YDS APART. THE TOP OF THE BANK HAS SEVERAL ROUGH PARTS TO IT. RECOMMEND THAT THE WRECK BE SHOWN AS FOUL. (HMS EGERIA, 28.3.68). H6140/68 22.1.79 NOT FOUND DURING CLOSE E/S SEARCH. RETAIN AS FOUL IN 513057N, 010157E. (PLA WK REPORT - MAPLIN 15/78).
