COULD BE BALLAST OR CARGO. (HUMBER POLICE DIVING UNIT). AMEND TO OBSTN 24.5MTRS. BR STD. SEP 2016/000053291 11.10.16 EXAM'D 21.3.16; IN 5353.521N, 0007.515E [WGD].
