Cause: built in 1934 by cammel laird & co, birkenhead. owned at time of loss by trinity house. 8 cylinder oil engine of 250hp, single shaft. machinery by british auxillaries ltd, glasgow. passage humber lt vessel for killingholme. mined.

INS AS DW IN 533509N, 000530E. - TFNM 192/41, FNM 2614/41 & NM 179/41. H0945/40 28.6.46 POSN AMENDED (NEW POSN NOT STATED), MARKED BY G CONL LT BUOY, GPFL(3)G, CLOSE S. (HUMBER CB NM 27/46).

- NM 2206/46. H4984/47 13.10.47 SWEPT TO LEAST DEPTH 2FMS 3FT IN 533509N, 000537E. (HMS SCOTT).

- NM 2660/47. H0945/40 24.10.49 EXAM'D AFTER DISPERSAL IN 533509N, 000537E [OGB]. SWEPT CLEAR AT 26FT, FOUL AT 27FT. LYING ON THE EDGE OF THE BANK IN A SCOUR 8FT DEEP. (HMS SHARPSHOOTER, 29.7.48).
