CONTACT APPEARS TO BE AN ANCHOR/SMALLER OBJECT WITH A ROPE OR CHAIN TRAILING OFF TOWARDS E/NE, WITH ANOTHER ANCHOR ~50M NE FROM THE MAIN CONTACT (~16M N FROM THE END OF THE ROPE).
