Cause: ex-finsen, ex-sir galahad. built in 1899 by edwards bros, north shields. owned at time of loss by r d clarke. one boiler, triple expansion engine of 45 nhp, single shaft. machinery aft by baird & barnsley, north shields. passage boston for fishing and return. stranded and showed above water for several days. then slipped off rocks. (sibi & p baker).

LOCAL DIVERS REPORT THAT VERY LITTLE SCRAP METAL REMAINS BELOW MEAN SEABED LEVEL OF THE ROCK OUTCROPS BELOW NOTHR CLIFFS. NOT SURVEYED OR DISPROVED DUE TO SURROUNDING TOPOGRAPHY.
