IN VIEW OF THE EXTREME DIFFICULTY OF GETTING AN E/S TRACE FROM EITHER FOUL, IT SEEMS PROBABLE THAT MOORED PELLETS SECURED TO DISPERSED WRECKAGE MAY HAVE BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR BOTH FOULS.
