(HI1580 SURVEY H102 039, DTD 15.02.19). INS AS OBSTRUCTION. SEP 2020/000100123 28.2.20 EXAM'D 16.2.19; IN 5254.056N, 0145.119E [WGD]. LEAST M/B DEPTH 13.69MTRS IN GEN DEPTH 17MTRS, LENGTH 12MTRS, WIDTH 6.2MTRS, HEIGHT 3.8MTRS, ORIENTATION 158/338 DEGS. SCOUR LENGTH 3.7MTRS, WIDTH 8.5MTRS, 0.8MTRS DEEP, TOWARDS 072 DEGS. THE OBSTRUCTION IS UNKNOWN, BUT IT COULD BE A LARGE ANCHOR. THERE ARE TWO UPRIGHT SECTIONS ON THE NORTHERN SIDE AND THE SHOAL POINT IS ON TOP OF THE ONE TO THE WEST. (MERITAITO, HI 1580).
