Cause: built in 1938 by burntiland sb co. owned at time of loss by british channel islands shipping co. one boiler, triple expansion engine, single shaft. passage london for boston, lincs. cargo timber. torpedoed and sunk by german e-boat off cromer while in convoy.

HH100/351/01 27.3.91 SMALL WK. UPRIGHT AND WITH BOWS PARTLY SMASHED. STANDS APPROX 3MTRS CLEAR OF SEABED. (R W HICKINBOTTOM, 24.2.91).
