Cause: built in ?1923 by furness sb co ltd, haverton-on-tees. owned at time of loss by broomhill steam ships ltd. two boilers, triple expansion engine of 150hp, single shaft. machinery by earl's co ltd, hull. passage london for grangemouth. cargo 2350 tons bagged cement. torpedoed and sunk by e-boat. 7 men lost.
