PROPELLERS SEEN. PERISCOPE IN RAISED POSN. COMPASS BINNACLE MISSING. HULL REASONABLY CORRODED WITH DAMAGE NEAR PORT BOW WHICH MAY HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY A MINE.
