THOUGHT TO BE SMALL WOODEN TRAWLER 40-45FT LONG, WHICH SANK 1969/70. DCS3 SHADOW INDICATES LARGER VESSEL, POSSIBLY 48MTRS [160FT] LONG, BUT MAY BE BROKEN UP. LIES 030/210DEGS. (HMS ECHO, HI 41/76). INS AS WK 29MTRS. BR STD. H1965/76 27.11.80 EXAM'D 24.4.80 IN 503833N, 000918E [OGB] USING TRISPONDER [2 LOP]. LEAST E/S DEPTH 28 IN GEN DEPTH 33MTRS. NO SCOUR. HYDROSEARCH LENGTH 37.3MTRS, BEAM 8.5MTRS, HT 4.6MTRS. MEDIUM SIZED WK, UPRIGHT, LYING N/S, BOWS N. APPARENTLY WOODEN, WITH RIBS EXPOSED, & 3 HATCHES. (HMS BULLDOG, HI 37A/77).
