Cause: ex-european express. built in 1975 by schicha-unterweser a g, bremenhaven. two 9 cyliner oil engines for 11400bhp, twin shaft. passage harwich for rotterdam. sank following collision with ro-ro mv speedlink vanguard. subsequently righted, refloated, docked and refitted. sailed again in 1983 as flavia. name changed in 1988 to travemeunde link and in 1992 to rostock.
