TWO LEGS FROM THE RIG, 24MTRS IN LENGTH, HAVE BROKEN AWAY AND ARE AFLOAT APPROX 1 MILE OFFSHORE. (MRSC SOLENT, FAX DTD 21.10.04). ASSUMED FULLY BROKEN UP IN CONTINUING STRONG WESTERLIES. INS AS FOUL. BR STD. 22.1.14 NOT LOCATED BY M/B. (EGS, HI 1312). NCA.
