Cause: built in 1906 by werf v/h rijkee & co, rotterdam. owned at time of loss by scheepvaart-en steenkolen. two boilers, triple expansion engine of 146hp, single shaft. passage methil for rouen. cargo coal. torpedoed and sunk.

Details measurements/cartography: 25.5.17 INS WK (OLD SYMBOL) ON 2182A. BR STD. H4282/26 14.10.26 AMEND TO DW PA (1917). BR STD. H0953/40 20.2.41 LOCATED IN 530554N, 011736E. LEAST DEPTH 8FMS. (HMS FRANKLIN, SEPT/OCT 1940).

- NM 350/41. 8.3.72 AMEND TO WK 14.3MTRS. NC 105. H2496/72 5.6.72 DIVED. BOTH ENDS ARE SILTED BUT CENTRE SECTION RISES TO A HUMP OF CONFUSED MASS OF STEEL. STERN IS AT SEABED LEVEL AND BOW STAND ABOUT 6FT ABOVE SEABED. GEN HEIGHT IS ABOUT 15FT AND THE MAX HEIGHT IS ABOUT 21FT. GIRDERS ARE UNLIKELY TO COLLAPSE FURTHER THOUGH THE HIGHEST ONE IS IN A WEAK STATE. NO SCOUR. LIES NE/SW. (UNDERMARINE OPS, 2.5.72). HH090/561/01 5.1.93 EXAM'D 26.9.92 IN 530558.5N, 011741.5E [OGB] USING SYLEDIS. SWEPT CLEAR AT 17.9, FOUL AT 18.7MTRS. LEAST E/S DEPTH 18.5 IN GEN DEPTH 21.4MTRS. SCOUR DEPTH 0.2MTR. DCS3 HT 3.0MTRS, LENGTH 60MTRS, WIDTH 25MTRS. LIES 105/285 DEG. (SEATEAM, HI 561).
