HH242/510/02 17.3.95 LOCAL KNOWLEDGE OF DEBEN YACHT CLUB AND TWO BOATYARDS SUGGEST THAT WK DOES NOT EXIST. HOWEVER, NOT CATEGORICALLY DISPROVEN. (DEBEN YACHT CLUB LTR, DTD 15.3.95). IF WK EXISTS IT ALMOST CERTAINLY LIES LEVEL WITH SEABED. POSN FOR FILING ONLY. NCA.
