Cause: ex-lady madeleine '34, ex-cameron '39. built in 1926 by cook, welton & gemmell, beverley for the loch fishing co. requisitioned from 12.1939 as a minesweeper. one boiler, triple expansion engine of 96hp, single shaft. machinery by c d holmes & co ltd, hull. one 12 pdr gun. attacked by german aircraft and foundered whilst under tow.
