Cause: ex-clan macrae, ex-shat el arab. built in 1892 by j blumer & co, sunderland. owned at time of loss by the page shipping co, london. two boilers, triple expansion engine of 249hp, single shaft. passage bilbao for glasgow. cargo 3300 tons iron ore. torpedoed and sunk by u-105. two men lost.
