FOUND TO BE A FLAT TOPPED CONE SHAPED OBJECT STANDING 4-5MTRS HIGH, APPROX 15MTRS DIAMETER, WITH 2MTR DEEP TRIANGULAR CUTOUT IN CENTRE OF TOP OF CONE. OBJECT CONSTRUCTED OF HORIZONTALLY ARRANGED STEEL BILLETS. WILL BE EXAMINED FURTHER. (RAY BREWER/G FURSE TELECON 9.7.02). AMEND TO OBSTN SW 20.1MTRS. BR STD.
