(shipwrecks of irish coast vol.1). built 1916 by pickersgill & sons, sunderland with 3 cylinder triple expansion engine of 452hp, single shaft, 3 boilers. machinery by richardsons, westgarth & co ltd, hartlepool. owned at time of loss by westwick ss co. (j westoll). abandoned by crew after being mined, drifted ashore. (sii).
