Length 42.7 meter, width: 11.6 meter, draught: 5.2, tonnage 946 ton

Cause: 21.12.1804 vessel, grounded in grouville bay whilst being towed to gorey after being washed onto a gravel bank during a storm & filling in with gravel. initial grounding 21.12.1804 & later abandoned in april 1805 approx. (t a titterington, jersey maritime museum, 6.1.77).

SEVERAL ATTEMPTS HAVE BEEN MADE BY THE SCIENTIFIC EXPEDITION SOCIETY TO LOCATE REMAINS WITHOUT RESULT. (T A TITTERINGTON, JERSEY MARITIME MUSEUM, 6.1.77). NCA, POSN 491130N, 020130W FOR FILING ONLY.
