On the beautiful river De Waal is located in the middle of the large cities of Nijmegen and Gorinchem the attractive marina of the Tielse Watersportvereniging De Waal. In the departure from Nijmegen or the Amsterdam-Rijnkanaal, the harbor is just in front of the Waalkade of Tiel on the starboard side. The harbor, equipped with all conveniences, is 100 meters from the center of the Fruitstad Tiel with its old historic buildings, the nice shopping center, more than enough cozy catering establishments and interesting cultural facilities. Tiel is located in the center of the Betuwe, so is also a beautiful base for walking and cycling trips in a beautiful Gelderse nature.
