The island Texel is a municipality and the largest of the Dutch Wadden Islands. The beach Bleekersvallei located on the North Sea coast and borders over the full length to the national park Dunes of Texel. Het beach Bleekersvallei lies ter height of the eponymous valley in the dunes, approximately halfway the Duinpark at Paal 17 (Ecomare) en Westerslag at Paal 15. It is a beautiful, spacious valley full dune grassland and dune heather and a beautiful hiking trail. In the valley find men harriers, short-eared owls and shrikes on. The Moksloot begins in the Bleekersvallei.
