't Joppe is a southern located lake which is part of the Kagerplassen. It is located in the municipality Teylingen (province Zuid-Holland) on the east of Warmond. 't Joppe is originated by sand extraction from the Zwaneburgerpolder ten behoeve van de construction van van roads and housing. Het beach 't Joppe Warmond is located on the island Koudenhorn on the westside of the lake, adjacent on this play and sunbathing areas. The beach is enclosed by recreation area with extensive managed agricultural area.
