Cause: 19.11.1914 ex-viking '13, ex-atrato ii. built in by robert napier & sons, glasgow. hired by the admiralty as an armed merchant cruiser from 19.11.1914. eight boilers, triple expansion engine of 1000hp, single shaft. believed to have been lost in bad weather or mined. crew of 295 men all lost.
