H3227/78 11.1.79 WK LOCATED WHILE LAYING OUT ANCHORS DURING MOVE OF SEMI-SUBMERSIBLE DRILLING RIG IN 564830N, 020430E [EUR] USING PULSE/8. GEN DEPTH 88MTRS. (S. HAMMICK, GARDLINE SURVEYS LTD. TELECON 2.1.79). PROBABLY THE VIKING ANTON. AMEND TO USC 65MTRS. NC 272. 14.11.83 NOW REPD AS UNLIKELY TO BE A WK, BUT MAN-MADE OBJECT ABOUT 10MTRS IN LENGTH & HARDLY PROUD OF THE SEABED. POSN WILL BE FORWARDED DURING FURTHER INVESTIGATIONS TO BE CARRIED OUT IN NEAR FUTURE. (MR WOODWARD, SHELL EXPRO, TELECON 14.11.83). NCA YET.
