REMAINS OF ADMIRALTY SCAFFOLDING/OBSTACLE Z1 WW2 SEA DEFENCE. ISOLATED BROKEN PILES ALSO NEARBY TO THE WEST. (ADRIAN KARN, DEPUTY HARBOUR MASTER, CHICHESTER HARBOUR CONSERVANCY, DTD 19.08.19. PREVIOUS CHC NM16/2018 DTD 15.11.18, RSDRA2018000286355.). INS AREA OBSTN FOUL GROUND.
