DRAG PIPE WEST END IN 5326.945N, 0324.703W; EAST END IN 5326.941N, 0324.679W [WGD]. PIPE LENGTH 28.5MTRS. NO EVIDENCE OF DEBRIS WAS NOTED.CONFIRMED TO NOT BE RECOVERED BY OPERATOR.(EMAIL FROM GRAHAM SINGLETON, CEMEX 08.12.2016). INS OBSTN 15.2MTRS.
