SKIPPER BELIEVES THAT IT COULD BE THE OIL & GAS RELATED ANCHOR MARKED 200MTRS AWAY. GIVEN THE ADDITIONAL LOAD ON THE VESSEL DURING THE INCIDENT HAS TO BE SOMETHING LARGE AND HEAVY.
