CLUMP WEIGHT (APPROX 1.5MTRS SQUARE FOOTPRINT) CONSISTS OF 2 X 900KG RAILWAY WHEELS AND A 3MTR LENGTH OF CHAIN. REASONABLE EFFORTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO GRAPPLE AND RECOVER BUT NO FURTHER ATTEMPTS WILL BE MADE. (J MCKAY, PARTRAC LTD, EMAIL DTD 28.3.13). INS AS FOUL.
