WRECK IS BUOYED BY LOCAL FISHERMEN AS IT CONSTITUTES QUITE A MENACE TO LOCAL & SMALL BOATING USING LOCH AS HOLIDAY ANCHORAGE. TRAWLER SANK SOMETIME IN 1936 ACCORDING TO LOCALS. HULL IS INTACT UNDER SILT & APPEARS TO BE MADE OF WOOD, LENGTH APPROX 90FT. (C J ASTEN, LTR DTD 14.11.74). INS AS ST IN 581417N, 051009W [OGB]. NC 2502.
