Details measurements/cartography: HH100/351/21 4.6.04 HH100/351/21 4.6.04 DIVED IN 5420.398N, 0011.418W [WGD]. A WELL BROKEN UP WK, FAIRLY FLAT TO THE SEABED. HAS A DIESEL ENGINE. SMALL WINDLASS AND CHAIN SEEN BUT NO ACTUAL BOW. SHIP'S COMPASS RAISED, BEARING THE DATE 1936, BY HENRY HUGHES & SON LTD, LONDON. A LARGE EARTHENWARE JAR ALONG WITH TILES ENSCRIBED 'A & A HOLLAND' AND A STEEL BACKED PORTHOLE HAVE BEEN RECOVERED. LENGTH APPROX 60FT. THREE LARGE RECEIVER-TYPE TANKS SEEN, BUT NO STEAM PIPES. A SMALL, MODERN LOOKING TOILET AND A SINK WITH TAPS WERE SEEN. PROBABLY A MV, BUILT BEFORE 1936 AND LOST SOON AFTER. DIVED AGAIN IN OCT 2002. SEEMS TO BE SPREAD ABOUT AN AREA OF 30-40MTRS. ONLY HAS A FEW SPIKES AND LITTLE BITS UP TO 2MTRS HIGH. CLEARLY DIFFERENT FROM THE SURROUNDING SEABED ON THE COLOUR E/S. (A C JACKSON & C A RACEY). INS AS WK 48MTRS. BR STD. SEP 2016/00007250 28.06.16 EXAM'D 22.02.16 IN 5420.388N, 0011.399E [WGD]. LEAST M/B DEPTH 49.7 MTRS IN GEN DEPTH 51.4 MTRS, LENGTH 32.2 MTRS, WIDTH 7.7 MTRS, HT 1.7 MTRS, ORIENTATION 122 DEGS. MAGNETOMETER DATA, THE WRECK IS INTACT AND PARTIALLY BURIED, FACING IN A NORTH WESTERLY DIRECTION. THERE IS NO SCOUR ASSOCIATED WITH THIS FEATURE. THE SHOALEST SOUNDING HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AT THE SOUTH EASTERN TIP OF THE WRECK.(EGS PIONEER, HI1472). AMEND TO NDW 49.7 MTRS IN REVISED POSN.
