LTD, HI 414B). INS AS OBSTN 56MTRS. BR STD. HH242/610/06 4.11.94 LOCATED IN 544506.7N, 002920.6W [EUR] USING DGPS. COVERS 8 BY 6 MTRS, 1MTR HIGH WITH DEBRIS SUSPENDED IN WATER COLUMN TO APPROX 5MTRS ABOVE SEABED. APPROX 30MTRS WIRE/CABLE TRAILING TO THE SE. (SVITZER, LTR DTD 27.10.94). NCA. 27.8.08 DIVED 10.7.08 AND FOUND TO BE A WELL HEAD. FOUR VERTICAL STEEL POSTS APPROX 4MTRS HIGH SURROUNDING A CENTRAL STEEL CYLINDER, ALL HELD TOGETHER WITH A LATTICE OF STEEL CROSS-BRACINGS. THE FOUR CORNERS WERE ANCHORED WITH ROPES RADIATING OFF ON THE SEABED. ABOUT 4MTRS SQUARE IN PLAN AND IS COVERED WITH FISHING LINE. (A JACKSON, 27.8.08). NCA.
