SCOUR 1MTR EXTENDS 26MTRS TOWARDS 270 DEGS. MODERATE MAGNETIC ANOMALY. AFTER INVESTIGATION THE WRECKAGE WAS SNAGGED BY LOCAL FISHERMAN, BROUGHT TO THE SURFACE AND THEN CUT FREE. (NP 1016, HI 894). INS AS FOUL. BR STD. 21.8.06 OBSERVED IN 5038.836N, 0137.831W [WGD] USING DGPS DURING ROUTE SURVEY OPS JAN-FEB'06. (HMS WALNEY, VIA MWDC). NO OTHER DETAIL REPORTED. NCA. 25.10.12 EXAM'D 29.1.12 IN 5038.832N, 0137.841W [WGD]. LEAST M/B DEPTH 22.8 IN GEN DEPTH 24.3MTRS. LEAST W/C DEPTH 22.61MTRS. SCOUR 1.5MTRS DEEP EXTENDS 7.5MTRS TOWARDS 040 DEGS. LENGTH 26MTRS, WIDTH 2.5MTRS, HT 0.6MTR. LIES 155/335 DEGS. STRONG MAGNETIC ANOMALY. LINEAR FEATURE LYING IN SCOUR DEPRESSSION, ENTIRELY BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE SURROUNDING SEABED. (EMU, HI 1366). AMEND WK 22.5MTRS IN REVISED POSN.
