WRECKAGE CONSISTS OF STEEL DOUBLE-BOTTOM PLATES, FRAMES, GIRDERS, RIBS, BROKEN PIPES, MACHINERY, SECTIONS OF HOLLOW MASTS, ETC. LIES IN DEPTHS BETWEEN 10 & 18MTRS. (R YOUNG). NCA. STS. 21.4.10 RESEARCH USING THE LONDON TIMES DATABASE HAS REVEALED THAT THE EMMA, WHICH WAS RECORDED LOCALLY AS HAVING BEEN WRECKED ON KNIVESTONE ACTUALLY DRIFTED OFF AND FLOATED AWAY IN HEAVY WEATHER.
