DCS3 HT 1.4MTRS, LENGTH 20MTRS, WIDTH 6MTRS. HAS AN ANGULAR SHAPE AND DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE WK OF A VESSEL. COULD BE LOST DECK CARGO OR PREFABRICATED SECTION OF AN OFFSHORE INSTALLATION AS SHADOW INDICATES THAT IT MAY BE OF LATTICE CONSTRUCTION. (GARDLINE, HI 414A). INS AS WK 50MTRS. BR STD.
