PILES CUT AT BASES USING EXPLOSIVES BETWEEN SUMMER '95 AND 6.96. THE PILES SUPPORTING THE DOLPHIN WERE ALSO CUT AND THE CONCRETE SLAB/DOLPHIN WERE ALLOWED TO FALL TO THE SEABED. PILES MAY CONSITIUTE AN UNDERWATER HAZARD TO SMALL FISHING VESSELS. (SOUTHERN DIVING UNIT 2, 14.5.97).
