DCS3 HT 1MTR. (HMS FOX, HI 137A). BR STD.. 29.9.98 29.9.98 WK POSITIVELY IDENTIFIED AS A MILITARY AIRCRAFT, POSSIBLY WW2, LOCATED BY DIVER ON 28.9.98. PROPELLOR HALF BURIED IN MUD. 1ST CANOPY INTACT AND CLOSED, 2ND CANOPY, 5FT BEHIND 1ST, ALSO INTACT AND CLOSED. WING BROKEN AND STICKING UP, WHICH COULD EASILY HAVE LED TO ASSUMPTION THAT IT WAS KEEL OF A YACHT. BROKEN UP AFT OF WING. FURTHER SEARCH TO BE MADE TO TRY AND LOCATE TAIL IN HOPE OF IDENTIFYING TYPE OF AIRCRAFT. RAF AND RECEIVER OF WRECK TO BE INFORMED.
