Length 55.5 meter, width: 5.8 meter, tonnage 639 ton

Cause: 9 german subs allocated to falmouth for gunnery practice & experiments. 2 out of 8 delivered were deliberately sunk. the remaining 6, [16343], [16344], [16345] & [17311], were swept onto rocks in castle drive during a winter gale in 1921. (cornish shipwrecks, vol 1, south coast). see [16341] - ub 97.
