Cause: reported taking in water in n0.4 hatch while on passage saint john to fredericia. was abandoned by crew. later taken in tow by m salvage tug simpson and eventually beached at gerrans bay, near falmouth. was declared constructive total loss and following removal of fuel was refloated and scuttled in deep water.
