Cause: steel hulled, full rigged sv, ex-naworth castle, ex- tarpenbek, built 1892 by w pickersgill & sons, sunderland. owned at time of loss by nordische handels, ges. hachfeld, fischer. g.m.b.h. passage leith for hamburg. foundered in ese gale with loss of all crew. (k heath)

LIES 012/192 DEGS WITH BOWS N. APPEARS GENERALLY INTACT WITH BREAK 64MTRS BACK FROM BOW. APPEARS TO BE CARGO VESSEL. (NETSURVEY LTD, HI 1137). INS AS WK 73MTRS.
