VESSEL WAS FITTED WITH FLOATATION BAGS AND IS CONSIDERED TO HAVE PROBABLY 'BUMPED' AWAY ON THE SEABED. (HUMBER CG, TELECON 29.6.07). FOR FILING ONLY. NCA.
